There was once a pair of ruffians named Alex and Ryan. They were best friends, and did everything together like the closest brothers. But you already know this, as it is legend. I needn't explain to you what happened when Ryan�s girlfriend was kidnapped by the gang leader, Slick, and enlisted the aid of Alex to go beat the crap out of every gang in the entire city, because you�ve played River City Random, and you know the story. If you haven't and you don�t know the story ... hell why am I even talking to you? Go play it immediately and don�t speak to me until you�ve finished it.
But anyway, after that, the two went their separate ways for a time. Alex became a big star in outland city�s such as Hyrule and parts of the Mushroom Kingdom. He got into womanising heavily, after his smash hit number one pop song, and then turned to drinking lots of water to ease his pain at having so many stray children, some of which were half Goron. Ryan spent his time getting fat by eating far too many Mirv burgers, but he would burn off much of that flab by his daily workout session which included rolling up and down sidewalks, running into solid walls and kicking dustbin cans very hard so they skidded all the way through town.
Finally the two got bored, and returned home to River City. Finding little to do even in their own town, they decided finally to make their own gang so that, as Alex put it �Then, WE be the master!�.
The two found a nice small(ish) gang, and asked them to join them in becoming the city�s best gang ever. The gang refused and there was a brief fight. The gang leader, known as Spades for unknown reasons, challenged Ryan to a one-on-one fight for the leadership of his gang. Ryan won easily, and Alex gained his first very own gang.
The gang then had to decide what their new name was going to be. After much deliberation, Alex got annoyed and told Ryan to name his favourite drink, and that would be what they�d name the gang, no arguments, no questions, no backtracking. Ryan�s favourite drink happened to be a Pink Lady cocktail. Alex, suffice it to say, was not happy. |
