| The wind was howling like a pack of wolves calling each other, the thunder was pounding like an army of horses in battle, and the lightning was striking here and there like little faries beckoning us towards them and away from our destination. The heavens broke open and started to pour down on my fellow travlers and I. As it became harder to see and travel with each hour we moved forth, we moved off the trail and into the forest between two towering mountains searching for a form of shelter. After making camp I moved deeper into the forest to get some fire wood for us, smiling to myself as I could hear my friends telling old stories. Some how I had gotten lost from the others that were traveling with me, and ended up walking alone, along a dark and bumpy path the trees seemed to thicken around me blocking out the rain. After a few hours traveling along this path it began to smooth out as did my will to move forth another step. Completely exhausted I found a stump, thinking only to rest a few moments before continuing my search, I moved over to sit down and leaning against the tree next to it. My dreams finally took over with the closing of my eyes. A smile formed upon my lips as the sound of laughter and music flowed into my dreams. I awoke thinking my friends had finally found me, but instead suprised to see no one in sight but a lone wolf. Sitting up straight against the tree the wolf and I stare at each other for a few moments, before it turns and continues up the path, stopping just at the top, and staring at me as if to say "Come, follow Me." Standing slowly, my knees begin to shake as my stomach rumbles with hunger, eyeing the wolf cautiously as I begin to walk up the path. As I continue to climb I notice that the trees slowly thin out, and a ray of moonlight shines down upon the path, about half way ahead of me. Upon reaching the break in the trees my breath catches as my eyes widen. Slowly looking up into the sky, my eyes follow the tall and proud mountians that rest before me as if in sleeping state as mist hides thier base. The sound of howling is heard, and the mist slowly parts reavealing three paths, markers nailed to trees marking each path. Turning to the path on my left looking up to the sign reading "Sparring Grounds", before turning my gaze to the path on the right reading "Star Lake." Hearing a twig breaking in front of me, my eyes fly to that path. Standing in the middle of the path is the wolf I had earlier encountered. Its eyes fixed on the sign nailed to the tree of the middle path, lifting my gaze to look upon the same place as the wolf reading the faint words which say "MoonBlade Keep." As I finish those words my stomach once again rumbles, looking back to the wolf to say thank you I find the path empty, shaking my head I begin to walk down the path. As I near the end of the path I see a large towering castle standing in the middle of a clearing. Its dark stone structure looms in the valley between the two towering mountians, giving off a haunted and cursed yet friendly feeling. As I move around back I see the lake which's water shimmers from the light of the stars. Around its bank stands three woode cabins, two which look to be unoccupid and the last one is lit up from the fire light shinning through the window. Walking back towards the gate and door of the keep, a single lantern hangs above the large wooden doors which bare the carving of a crescent blade which takes the shape of a moon, and just underneath it is a wolf's paw carved into it. The light casts a glow on a sign that reads "MoonBlade Keep." A sigh of relief washes over me, lifting a hand to knock upon one of the large oak doors, the sound echoing through out the halls. A small gypsy girl dressed in red silks almost blinding to the eyes answers the door. With a shy smile the girl steps back and in an almost unheard tone says "Welcome to the home of the MoonBlade family please come and feel welcomed." The girl then offers her hand to lead me to the main chamber. Well my fellow travelers and friends, it has been an experience here at the MoonBlade Keep.
