History: Rumiheir and his twin Seanan were given away to a very powerful family of witches. They were given to them because the twins showed incredible magical powers. Or more the the point were taken from their families and brought up in the forest of Shadow.
Unlike Seanan who held increible magical powers Rumiheir had slight, able to cast only minor spells and magic he doesn't begrudge his twin any of it. In fact his twin drives him crazy because she doesn't put much stock in her own powers. His life long mission seems to be finding a husband he'll approve of for her, meaning one of his choosing to make sure she's happy after all their twins, how could he not know what she likes most of all?
Powers: Minor ability to cast magic. He can cast minor spells but no where near the skill his twin posses.
Weakness: Seeing Seanan hurt, for as much grief as he gives her, he adores his twin sister.
Personality: Out going, strong not one to wait on the sidelines you'll get to meet Rumiheir long before you ever think possible, he loves making new friends and torementing his quiet twin.

Physical Description: He's tall at 6' even. White hair so snowy white it glistens silver in the sun, splashed through his hair are long soft patches of pale gold which shimmers in the sun. Ivory colored skin, and soft proclien like features. He has a heart shapped face, that gently slops down to a slightly pointed chin, his nose is just slightly upturned in that way that makes it cute. Large eyes that hold deep Perisian blue eyes. He's small boned for his height, making him look delicate. He's of slender build. He has a full equine body, with a soft pale splashing of gold up his forlegs and over his hindquarters. His tail is a soft mixture of both white and gold.
