History:
Pepper never knew her mother, because she died shortly after giving birth to Pepper. She was very close to her father. While her big sister Patches, was out enjoying friends and exploring, Pepper spent her time playing in the fields with her father, making crowns of snow blossoms for him. Sometimes he�d take her to work in the ancient forests with him, sparking her desire to explore every part of the world� that was until the Human�s came.
She was 11, playing by the river with her 14-year-old cousin, Rain, when Humans crossed the river and grabbed them. Pepper only remembers being put into a large sack and hoisted up, then hearing her father. He�d come to her rescue. It all happened very fast, and she was dropped, the river water soaking through the bag. Her father got her out and she lay on the banks in his arms until he fell asleep and never woke up, the water turning red around them.
Pepper didn�t speak for a year after that. It was like she forgot how, and the longer she refused to speak, the more her big sister seemed to hate her. Pepper grew up in her big sister�s shadow after that, and it was only when Pepper turned 15 that she and Patches finally reconciled and made the promise to always be there for each other. Now, at 16, Pepper is being dragged along on another adventure by her sister, this time leading them far from home, to the Dragon King�s lands.
Powers: Her powers are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually based. She is a healer in all forms, can manipulate and read emotions and thoughts. She�s also capable of astral projection, which can leave her body vulnerable while she�s doing it. She also has a very odd ability to harness the powers of stars: attraction, magnetism, repulsion, glowing, blinding.

Personality:
Pepper was always a shy girl, since she was a little pup, but she was a very active, curious, and spirited pup, always exploring and taking on adventures with her big sister. She became reserved and timid after her father died protecting her from her intended kidnappers when she was 11. It had a poor impact on the girl. It didn�t help that Patches blamed her for a couple of years for their father�s death, but also Slate�s guardianship of her had instilled in her a great fear of boys and of the world beyond Far Mist. She became very timid and skittish, especially around males. She�s also very na�ve and innocent.
She�s mistaken for out-going at times only because Patches always drags her everywhere, including into trouble half the time, but in truth, Pepper always holds herself back, too scared or shy to experiment or try new things. She only progresses through things if there�s someone there to give her a push forward at every step. It would take a lot to break her of it and get her back to the Lycan she was before her father died, but even Pepper hopes it�ll happen. She hates being skittish, but no matter how hard she tries, she can�t stop doing it.
Physical Description:
Pepper�s leveled out at 5'4" and probably won't get any taller. Her body shape is very similar to her big sister�s, with an attractive build and smooth, inviting curves. The only differences are that Pepper is more petite.
Pepper was named for her unique hair patterning, that looks like her black hair had been peppered with snow. Her fur on her ears and tail is also peppered, a base of black fur speckled with gray and white splashes. Her silky hair is layered and has some body to it, only curling at the ends, and it to her knees. She has bangs that, like her sister�s, frequently fall into her eyes. Her skin is also like cream, and she too has a very small beauty mark, but hers is where her thigh turns into her hip, but it�s normally hidden by the elastic of her panties. Her eyes are a pale blue with fine white lines that spider web like inside of crystals; they look just like the stones and can be almost hypnotic to look at.
