She was usually very shy, and this got her in a bit of trouble with a group of human men that tried to take advantage of her, but they were fought off by another canid named Rocky. He also took full punishment for going against the men. From that day on, there was rarely a time where you didnt see Amanda alongside him. She taught him the common language, he being born in slavery and not very literate, and he taught her how to defend herself. She was Rockys main support when he went to become the Alpha of the pack and became one of his closest confidants after he gained the title. Amanda (who picked up the name Manny by those Canids who were still learning the common tongue and still had problems with a few letters and sounds) quickly rose in rank and respect in the 106th, and was the one who rallied the pack to stand by Rocky and his ally Exile when they fought to free the pack from their masters. She fought in the front lines, fearlessly advancing on the battlefield until the battle was won. After the pack was freed, Amanda was placed as the leader of the Norwin section of the Pack, a decision which put Rocky at odds with the pack elders because a female was never given that responsibility in the past. When Rocky left to find Exile a year later, Amanda acted as Alpha while he was away, at least until one of their scouts found what could be the ruins of the village the pack that founded the 106th originated. Personality: Amandas amazingly loyal to her friends and her pack. She always likes to get to the bottom of things, digging away at inconsistencies in order to find the truth. Shes always willing and able to stick up for those who need her help, but she also has dreams of being rescued by the fairy tale knight in shining armor. Shes known throughout her pack as a teacher and a leader and is good at both, often helping with treaties with other tribes or helping keep good relations within the different sections of the large pack. Shes loving, honest, and caring, but she also can be very spunky, blunt, and hard to please when it comes to questions and answers. She has an amazing insight, seeing things in others that they sometimes dont see in themselves.
