Holiday 2004 - Amsterdam
Our best bargin of the holiday was a boat trip on the canals. It was 5,50 euro each and we got 2 souvenir photos for 2,50 euros! What made it better was that we had the whole boat to ourselves so it was our own private ride with personal commentary from the captin!
This building is called The Crying Turret - so called because during the war the soliders left Amsterdam at this turret and left all their wives and girlfriends crying.
