| The Great Manchester Run | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| On 26th May 2003, my friend Carol and I ran the 10k Great Manchester Run (that's about 6 miles!) We were raising money for the Devonshire Nuero-Rehabilitation Centre in Stockport where Carol works. The centre caters for in-patients and out-patients who are recovering from head or brain injuries. Below are some pictures from the day... It took us just under 1hour 15 mins to complete the race without stopping or walking! And we even got our faces on the telly!! It was a great day and a fantastic achievement for us both. Between us we raised about �300. I have kept up the training and still run a couple of times a week, although I don't do 10K!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
