I met Suchi cake at Anime Expo! She's a real nice person and has some cels that just blow me away (check out her kenshin cel!! Not only did it cost an arm and a leg but it looks fabulous!!!). Check out her site...She has an awesome Dilandau collection!
Tombraidr is another person that I met at Anime Expo! I definitely reccommend his site!! It has a great format, and many great cels as well as anime winamp skins! He is a really nice guy who happens to be a big Lime fan (always a plus)! Check it out! WARNING...he is very anti-netscape, so only browse his site with Internet Explorer or your browser will crash.
Robin is another dear friend I met her when I was asking around for an id on my Sailor Moon cel....She has a wonderful collection of sailor moon cels, including the ultra rare (I've never seen anyone else with this cel) Sailor Cosmos cel...you have to check it out! I hear that Sailor Cosmos only appears once in the series so that makes it really really rare.
If you are looking for a great site with an eclectic blend of great cels from various anime series then this is the site for you! She has cels from Gundam Wing, Pokemon, FY, and Vampire Princess Miyu just to name a few!

cels.org - A great place to get started! He has many links to the best cel dealers on the net! Yahn also hosts a cel forum!
Jacml - A mailing list strictly for cel collectors. A great place to post your gallery, and talk to other cel collectors!
Internet Guide to Anime Cels - Another must see site. It is just like cels.org, but it also has many links to other galleries!
