The Beggining - and a Party!
Lettuce got up, extremely relieved. "Oh, thanks!" She hurried into the kitchen again to clean up.
Zakuro watched her leave. She liked Lettuce. She listened to you, and could keep secrets. And she wasn't too pushy......Zakuro turned to Keiichiro. What else was there to be done? "What can I do now?"
Keiichiro looked around for a minute. "Can you please make sure Ryou doesn't come in here too early? Thanks..."
As Zakuro walked off, Pudding started jumping again. "WHAT can IIII do??? WHAT can IIII do???" She squealed, shouting the words as she went up.
Mint looked up from her tea and saw Keiichiro. She quickly put down he cup and jumped from the chair, striding between Keiichiro and Pudding.
"YOU can help Ichigo clean up the mess you made!" She said, stopping Pudding's jumping. She turned to Keiichiro. "Hel-lo, Keiichiro! When did you come in? Oh, can you please help me with this banner I've been trying to put up...? It's way to high for me."
Mint smiled sweetly.
Keiichiro smiled friendliy back, as always. "Sure thing, where do you want me to put it?"
Ichigo glanced up, grumbling. "That Mint....she didn't do hardly any work at all and them gets Keiichiro do to her part- !"
Just then, Zakuro peeked into the Cafe. "He's coming."
Keiichiro finished putting up the banner that said, "THANK YOU, RYOU!!" and waited.
Masha landed on Ichigo's shoulder.
Ryou walked through the door, not looking up. Keiichiro cleared his throat, and they all shouted, "YAAAAAY, RYOU!!!"
Ryou's head snapped up and he stared at all the decorations, a wide grin spreading on his face. He bowed.
"Thank you, thank you! What....why....?"
Ichigo grinned and stepped up. "We wanted to thank you for being there for us and leading us in another great battle!"
They all cheered. This was beginning a great day.
