| SPICEY CRAB BOIL 24 ounces of beer 1 Lemon quartered 11/2 T black peppercorns 1 small dried red chili 1 tsp. cayenne 1 T corriander seeds 2 tsp. brown mustard seed 1/4 tsp whole allspice 4 cloves 4 bay leaves 1 T celery seed 2 tsp. dill seed 1 dozen blue crabs In a very large pot combine the beer, lemon, and 3 cups water. Grind all spices into a fine powder, add to pot. Bring to a boil over med- high heat; reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes.Add crabs and cover pot tightly.Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes. Serve on lots of newspapers, with lemon and a small hammer. YUM! |

| BLUE MARGARITA 1 1/2 oz. Tequilla 1 oz. Blue Curacao 1 oz. Lime juice Rub rim of glass with lime juice. Dip in course salt. Blend with 1 cup crushed ice. Serve with lime wedge. |
| BLUE VELVET 2 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur 2 oz. Lime juice Shaken,not stirred, serve with lemon wedge. |
| BLUE COWBOY 1 1/2 oz. Gin 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Mix with crushed ice, stir well, strain into cocktail glass. Yeeehawww! |
