Went to see "15 minutes" because (1) haven't watched any movie in 2 months and 16 days; (2) haven't heard English for days; (3) best way to kill the lonely night. So even though I knew the story very well and I knew it's not good, I still went there on time. Paying around HKD$15 I got popcorn, a coke and a ticket that brought me to the upper floor with seats like antique armchair. I felt content and started to believe that maybe it's a right thing to do. Well, not until the movie started. I covered my face with the jacket whenever there's murder or blood (that made up 2/3 of the movie). Despite of my extreme discontent with the abuse of blood, the story sucked! Basically it's about two crazy Europeans, one from Slovakia and one from Russia, run around and kill people. I'm relieved that I've already been to Slovakia, otherwise I might not going like for the rest of my life. I wonder how do people feel if it's showed in Bratislava. Btw, I'm still in here, in Europe, and will stay for awhile, this movie simply scared me to death! >.<
I walked back to the pension feeling chilly, insecure and starving. And you know what? When I walked into the ally thinking that a cold bloody killer is waiting for me at the corner, I heard the music. It's from the pension, the band in the restaurant was playing "Those were the days". I arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, right on time to make the last order. All of these bring me back from the cold blood killer world to this nice, carefree, friendly Gyor.
