| CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING Monument Builders, Inc. utilizes advanced project scheduling methods developed in-house based on our diverse project experience. The work product is produced on Microsoft Project 2000 software. MBI is responsible for the intensive planning, management and monitoring that goes into the implementation of an accurate, feasible project schedule. The schedule becomes the key communication tool throughout all phases of the project development process among team members at all levels. Therefore, our primary role will be to facilitate this communication to ensure that all participants contribute to the final product. In this way all parties have an �equity position� in the schedule and are fully aware of their responsibilities and how they are integrated into the overall project plan. A variety of tracking techniques are employed to effectively monitor and control the job�s progress, they include the following: - PRE-CONSTRUCTION - CONSTRUCTION - NEAR TERM SCHEDULE - SUBMITTAL TRACKING AND MATERIAL DELIVERY - ON-SITE PROGRESS MEETINGS - COMPREHENSIVE PROGRESS REPORTS Monument Builders, Inc. is fully aware of how important completion dates are for our client�s success.
