The animal shelter encourages those who are interested in an animal not available at the time to call and "reserve" the animal until the 5 day waiting period is up and the dog or cat is available for adoption.

Want to pay the animals a visit? Here's how to get there!! Go north on Townsend (from Montrose) and make a U-turn left on to the shelter road when you get to the small, green animal shelter sign. You will also see the Montrose City Limit sign as well as a building with a red roof to your left.
