St Mike's A beat St Mike's B in the men's final
The women's final was a close run affair between Montreal A and Brampton with Brampton eventually coming out on top.
This was the first final the Montreal women's team have reached.
The League
This is first year or particapation for both the men's and women's teams in the Toronto league. Both squads have had a hard time adjusting to 15-a-side and for many this year saw their very first full games.
While niether squad has secured a victory yet, signs bode well for the future.
Every game is a learning experience and the curve this year is steep.
On a brighter note , we are hopeful that a number of the ladies team will make it onto the Canadian team for the international tournament in Ireland in September.
