Motion Heading = Redefine structure of club leadership
Description of Motion = I propose that the current roles of President and Vice-president are re-defined as Chairperson and Assistant Chairperson. The position of president remains but is now of a honorary nature.

The new structure would be:

Chairperson -----Honorary President
      |
Asst. Chairperson

I feel this structure is more in line with other GAA clubs and also gives the club the chance to honour our more senior members also.
