Assignments

All assignments are expected to be completed on time. Homework is always due on the class day immediately following the assignment unless otherwise noted. If you have a valid reason for not completing your homework, a note from your parent will be accepted in class on the day of the assingment is due, and you can turn it in for full credit the next school day. This should not become a habitual practice.

Papers, projects, and presentations are due on the given in class. For each day late, the grade on a major paper, project, or presentation will be reduced by ten percent (10%) per day after give days late; a zero will be recorded for a grade.

All assignments should be done neatly. Take pride in all of your assignments. If it looks bad you may want rewrite it. Typed assignments are always welcomed. You will recieve extra credit points for typing assingments.

Optional homework:

Students may pick any topic we have covered this Trymester and do an extra credit : Report, or Display Board, or Poster Board, or Power Point.

Weeks of 4/13 - 4/24

Pre Cell Project (due 4/22) Students have a handout with instructions.

Cell Project will start 2/23/09 See handout. Due May 5th

Mid Marking period Citizenship Grades can go up or down by Report Card Time. This is to let students and parents know where they stand at this time.

"O" is Outstanding
"S" is Satisfactory, This means GOOD, or OK. (Not bad)
"NI" is needs Improvement. Should be better.
"U" Unsatisfactory, or bad hehavior.
