Atlantik East Ltd. was founded in March 1997 as a subsidiary of Atlantik Financial Markets, the largest brokerage firm in the Czech Republic at that time. Atlantik East Ltd. provided a range of capital market services to institutional and corporate clients. It had the license of the State Commission for Capital Markets, and was a member of the OTC - electronic trading system (PFTS). ; Atlantik East Ltd. also was a member of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange (USE).

Atlantik East Ltd. was closed down in 1999 aftermath of Russian August 1998 financial turmoil that has significantly ruined Ukrainian stock market.
