| King Charles English Toy Spaniels (ETS) were bred by kings as royal companions for hundreds of years. They are aristocrats and need to be spoiled and pampered. Charlies are rare (only around 3000 in the world). Although derived from similar origins, the ETS is a different breed than the more well-known "Cavalier King Charles."
