I developed SMAS Control Module, expanding the marketability life cycle of the Pulsecom D4 system. I managed projects from conceptual Marketing Request to Final Production and provided Sustaining Engineering Support. I implemented an aggressive cost reduction plan on selected channel units with high volume sale. In 1995 I received the Pulsecom Excellence Award for the first on-time project under ISO9001 guidelines.

As Lab equipment supervisor, I wrote programs for quality test using IEEE488 computer controlled instruments to meet BELLCORE specs such as TR/TSY 000057.
