There
were two shots in the night, quick as if it
would a make a difference. Anita Blake, The
Executioner met her mach, her equal and played in
blood. Edward stood over her gun in hand. A single
tear fell from his cold, emotionless face.
As
Anita’s life slowly expelled from her body she
heard Edward say, “I-I’m sorry, I-I had to know, I
just had to know,”
Anita
struggled to reply, the coldness and darkness
was surrounding her.
"I,
forgive-“ her eyes closed as death sat in.
~~~Weeks Later~~~
The lone
figure stood over the marker. There was
no casket and no body. It was just there to signify
her death. He stood there as if a statue, not
moving,
only breathing.
Edward
was the best of the best. He would do anything
to complete the job, and then she had to exist. Of
course, it took awhile until she really grew on
him.
Edward didn’t know that Anita was a younger version
of
him self. And Anita never had a clue that she was
going to be like Edward one day.
Edward
was about he leave the grave of his sole mate
when he sensed an immortal.
His hand went to his sword as he looked around.
Duncan
Mac'Cloud was walking towards him.
“Its
time, Methos.”
Edward nodded and fallowed him to his car, they got
in
then Edward started the car. Edward then pulled out
of
the place of death, and decay.
“The blond hair fits you,” Duncan said after
about
20 minuets of silence.
“Same
to you,” Edward replied.
Duncan Mac’ Cloud of the clan Mac'Cloud had gone
bleach blond.
“Did the
little vixen tie you to a chair and dye
it or did you go willingly?’ Edward asked.
“Lets
just say there was rope involved,” Duncan
replied wickedly.
The car
came to a stop when they pulled into a
driveway of a large white house.
When they got in side Olaf was arguing with a very
alive Anita Blake.
“No!!!
You got it wrong!!! The purple monkey is from
the green army not the red.” Olaf yelled at Anita
“I never said red, I said…what the-” behind Olaf
was a
large purple elephant.
Olaf turned around…
“Here
we are, born to be kings, princes of the
universe…” Anita was suddenly awake. She took in
her
surroundings, she was in her living room and the
end
credits of Highlander were playing on the idiot
box.
“Gota
stop sleeping with the TV on,” She muttered to
her self as she went to go get some coffee.
The End
If you wanta send feedback go for it, I survive off
