UNDERTAKER CRASHED!!!
Tony Stephan the new
driver of the WWF Undertaker Monster Race Truck was out practicing
when he put the truck up on its nose and right on over onto its
top. He wasn't hurt (other than his pride) but said it was a lesson
he won't be forgetting.
The pass started
out with a great jump onto and over the cars.
The back tires hit
on the cars and the front tires hit the ground throwing the truck
up onto its nose and right on over to its top. From there it came
up on the back and back down again to land on its side.
We think this should
be the picture used for his driver bio page.
The truck was then
pulled back over on its wheels and Tony drove it back to the trailer
to start working on it. This happened at noon and the show started
at 8:00 so time was of the essence. There was major damage to
the body and to the frame work that holds the body. The front
steering was also damaged.
By racetime the truck
was back together and ready to race. Tony raced Paul Winkleman
in the Violater Truck. It was a close race but Tony backed off
as the trucks came within inches of colliding. The second night
he raced Mark Baily in the Extreme Warrior Truck in the first
heat and won. He was thrilled to find he would be racing Dan Runte
in the Bigfoot Ford SuperDuty Truck in the finals. Dan proceeded
to put the newcomer in his place. Tony is looking forward to doing
a lot more racing in the Undertaker Truck.
