Fifteen inmates sittin' on Death Row, Here comes the warden and it's time to go. They know where they goin', so they walkin' all slow.
Fifteen inmates shufflin' down the line. We settin' up the switches 'cause it's almost time, some o' dem is serious, but most o' dem is cryin'.
Fifteen inmates walkin' through that door, they heads bowed down cuz they starin' at the floor, an' none o' dese boys comin' back no more.
Fifteen inmates bein' led to they seats. In jail for killin', or for the people they beat, in a few minutes, it's the Reaper they'll meet.
Fifteen inmates gettin' all strapped down. Warden's out passin' cigarettes around, when the pack runs out, ain't none to be found.
Fifteen inmates watch the lights go dim. Some o' dem pleadin', tryin' to save they skin, but there ain't no guvnor comin' out to see 'em.
Fifteen inmates keep they eyes on the switch. When the switch come down, they all start to twitch, but the lights go out, now ain't that a bitch.
Fifteen inmates gettin' prepped up again. No one to talk to, cuz they ain't got no friends. The power gives the OK, an' then...
Fifteen inmates, all of them aglow. All of a sudden, they's got nowhere to go, audience sittin' back, just watchin' the show.
Fifteen inmates all on their way. For the first time ever, some o' dme pray, but for most o' dem, its already to late.
Fifteen inmates, and it's time for them to die. The victims watchin' close to make sure they fry, an' fifteen mommas all together start to cry.
Fifteen inmates, arms an' legs all saggin'. Guards don't care 'bout the bodies they draggin', somebody get the coroner cuz it's time to start baggin'.
Fifteen seats, all vacant on Death Row. Since none o' dese boys comin' back no mo', it's time to start lookin' for next months boys.
Fifteen inmates took da bolt through da head, now fifteen inmates, they dead, cold dead.
Fifteen inmates got a lotta stories to tell, as they waitin' in line by the gates of Hell.
