| The story takes place in feudal Japan, during the medevil ages. Ashitaka was just riding his Great Red Elk, Yakule. Then a creature comes out of the woods and attacks his tribal village, Emishi. Ashitaka tells all the little children to run to their homes while he defends the village. He bagan to attack the creature, which happens to be a gigantic bore, possesed by an evil demon. Ashitaka fights him usinig his bow and arrow. Ashitaka took a hit from it, flying him through the air. Ashitaka finally hits the bore with an arrow, however, Ashitaka's arm was touched by it during the battle. Now -Ashitaka's possesed arm- was controlling his every move in the battle. The people of town ran to him for help. An elder woman told him his arm was cursed by the demon bore. Then the bore started to demolish before their eyes. But before that, the bore told them there would be more demons coming to attack. Also, that Ashitaka would be controlled by demons just like him, and eventually, the entire world! |
