Dear Jamie:

Good to hear from you again.

We knocked on the door again this spring. We were told again that

the climate was not yet proper for another fraternity to be added to

the system.

That's good news about the new president. Again, this must be a

coordinated effort. Give me another month or so to obtain a written

response from the College, and then I will check back with you. I

want something on paper--so far it's just been telephone

conversations. And, I need to do it--my directors aren't obtaining

the attention that I might.
