Training Timetables (updated 15th June 05)

Monday: Junior Boys 6pm - 7pm
             
Senior Boys 7pm - 9.30pm

Tuesday:
Junior/Senior Girls 7pm - 9.30pm

Wednesday:
Junior Boys 6pm - 7pm
                  
Senior Boys 7pm - 9.30pm

Thursday:
Senior Boys 7pm - 9.30pm

Friday:
Junior/Senior Girls 7pm - 9.30pm

Training: We always recommend that you come 10mins early so that you can get yourself ready for the night.

A Typical Training night for
Senior Boys:
**please note on Wednesday we try to get a game of football in for 30mins
-6.50pm Warm UP
-7.10pm Run - there is 2 types of running that we do
1. short run that is about 1mile, for newcomers etc.
2. long run that is about 3mile
-7.30pm Stomach excercises inclued sit-ups, leg raises etc.
-8pm Boxing techiniques bringing all boxers back to basics. Stance, Defense, Jab, Right Hand, Hooks & Upercuts.
-8.30pm Gloves on for Bags, Pads, Shadow & Mirror boxing.
-9pm Sparring. No sparring unless you have proper protection (gum shield, headguard etc. althought the club has some spare headguards but it recommended that everyone should have their our).

-5.50pm Warm UP
-6pm Boxing techiniques bringing all boxers back to basics. Stance, Defense, Jab, Right Hand, Hooks & Upercuts.
-6.15pm Sprints - we do sprint races on a grass patch just outside the clubhouse. For the fun aspect of the boxing
-6.30pm Gloves on for Pads or Sparring (gum shield, headguard etc. althought the club has some spare headguards but it recommended that everyone should have their our).
