the materialistic items in one's life say a great deal about that person. from wallets/purses to socks, everyone's property tells a different story. what does your story tell?
WALLET: I have a lot. Some presents, some just to hold pictures, but can't hold anymore which is why I get a new one. I also have some conventional ones.
HAIR-BRUSH: I hate hair brushes and don't give a damn about what they look like. I prefer widetooth combs...which I go through every month because someone is always stealing it from me, or I loose it. Oh, I once had this really really cool hairbrush that I wish I could find. It was a ConAir mini brush that I bought for travel use. The back of it was sort of like a "snow globe". It was a picture of a mountain...and there was this tiny penguin that slide in the direction you held the brush. It also had glitter to represent snow.
TOOTHBRUSH: don't know what kind of brush I have. As long as it gets the job done, I'm good.
JEWELRY WORN DAILY: I have tons of jewlery, but I wear NONE OF THEM. Hahaha. Maybe on special occaisions. Do glasses count as everyday jewlery? hahaha!
SOCKS: I've got a bunch of designer socks courteousy of my mome. My faves are the Polo Sports and the Tommy's. I also like Joe Boxer. I also have my novelty socks...which I have dubed Happy Socks in the 2nd grade. My faves are the massive amounts of toe socks I have, my Happy Bunny socks (they say let's focus on me...they are pink checkered and feature that nasty lil Happy Bunny), and my monkey socks.
PILLOW COVER: I have a whole grip of pillows, but it doesn't matter to me what kind of pillowcase it has. As long as the pillow's fluffy, I'm good. I do, however, have this ultra cool down pillow I got from IKEA w/a velvet cover. Its cute and comfy.
BLANKET: don't really care...as long as its warm! The one I have currently though is horrible. My mom bought it on clearance and I can understand why. It has this nylon thing underneath that makes it slide all over the place. I like to mummify myself in my blankets...and this comfortor just doesn't allow it! Arg!
COFFEE CUP: Whatever they give me at the shop.
SUNGLASSES: I go through a lot because they usually break. I like retro glasses. I currently have these oversized 60s shades.
UNDERWEAR: various styles curteousy of WalMart, Forever 21, and American Eagle. I hope one day to afford VS. Although I do have some Fredricks...hahahaha!
SHOES: I have several pairs...mostly dress shoes because they had to match my dresses for high school dances. My sneakers...most of them came from dance team, so that was cool. Didn't need to worry about looking for them and buying them. My current everyday shoes though are: my Reef Squish flip flops (black), my Sugar Mary Jane sneaks, my grey Nike Cortez', and my soda stained checkered old skool Vans.
NAIL POLISH: hahahahaha! Like I can get that stuff on my nails myself?! And swear like I can afford getting it done once a week.
HANDBAG: I usually use my Carebear messenger or my wannabe Dooney and Burke bag from Papaya or my current fave, the grey bag The Boy's mom gave me for my bday. I put my fave wanna be vintage cameo profile pin w/pink ribbon on there. SO cute!
KEYCHAIN: key chains...have gone through so many. My fave one was the lil boxing glove my older brother got me. He needs to start boxing again because my keychain is all beat up now.
COMPUTER: some computer from Fry's
FAVORITE TOP: currently, my off the shoulder sweater I got from O side that says "Escape the City" and the off the shoulder top that I cut up, and my 5 dollar top that's just this sheer cotton. So comfy!
FAVORITE PANTS: uhh....I guess just any of my still fitting blue jeans
SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER: my fave is Tigi's Bed Head in Self Absorbed...but when I'm fresh out of cash I either go for Neutrogena or Garnier Fructis.
SOAP: I use Dove for body and Clean and Clear for face.
PERFUME: I hate perfume....but I like Clinique Happy...though I have never owned it hahaha! Oh but I do like Anchor Blue's Bikini. I had that for awhile...till it spilled in my car...ick! Generally I prefer the scent of powder deodorant (Secret) or Pearbearry lotion or Sweet Pea lotion from Bath and Body.
CD IN THE STEREO RIGHT NOW: burned mix CD (contains Fiona Apple, Flaming Lips, the Strokes, Phantom Planet, Jason Mraz, Rilo Kiley just to name a few)
CAR: 98 Acura Integra and no you cannot have it.
IN THE FRIDGE: left overs....fruits....some drinks.....I dunno....
TELEVISION: Cartoons, disney channel, nickelodeon, music videos, and some reality TV.
STEREO: I forget....it was really kick ass until I stopped maintaing it and all these new ones came out. Don't even use it anyway because I've got the computer and my car. My poor sub is collecting dust.
TELEPHONE: blue cordless Vtech....and if you take it out of my roome you better put it back because I get pissed if its not recharged!
CELLPHONE: Motorolla V66...or was it a v60?
