What you will need:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick margarine- melted
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 package chocolate chips- mini ones work best
Mix together the cake mix, eggs and melted margarine. This mixture will be very stiff. Press into a 9X13 inch greased pan.
Next, mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the above mixture. Bake at 325* for 40-50 minutes until it is golden brown in color. Allow to cool and set before cutting. Oooh, so good!
