Here we are about a week away from the Presidential election, and somehow Dubya is ahead in the polls. What I wanna know is how the Hell is he even REGISTERING in the polls?!? His rating should be so fucking small as to be immeasurable, yet somehow he is ahead. The only thing I can think of to attribute this to is the mind-numbing stupidity of the American people.
Think about it. Hasn't he adequately proven his total and complete inability to lead? Yes, he has. Never has an American president been as clueless as this moron. Think about what exactly he has accomplished. He took the largest budget surplus we have ever enjoyed in this country, and in less than four years turned it into the largest deficit we have ever had. And considering some of what this country has been through financially, that's saying something. I mean, the Depression, for crissakes. And What Dubya has done is even worse than that.
Employment is the worst it has been in more than 70 years. Seventy fucking years! And for some reason people still think this meathead has something to offer as the leader of this country. Who are they polling for this election, the Chinese? They're the ones getting all the fucking jobs from this president, while the corporate heads are reaping tax benefits for sending all the jobs overseas. Good ole George taking care of his rich buddies.
Comedians have been joking for years about how badly most of us are being fucked by the upper one percent in this country, but this yahoo is making those jokes a reality! More and more tax breaks for the people who can afford to pay taxes, and the rest of this get to bend over and take it like a man, right? Fuck the working class, that's Dubya's feeling. He's only on this ride for eight years at most, and then he goes back to his fortune and who really cares about the rest of the country anyway. He sits in the Oval Office and makes life even better for his rich buddies, but those breaks they are getting have to come from somewhere. He keeps talking about the importance of education, but he cut BILLIONS of dollars for after school activities for schoolchildren to pay for the tax breaks to his buddies. He just doesn't make any sense. I'm not naive enough to expect honesty from my politicians, but there has to be a line somewhere.
This guy has been lying about pretty much everything from the moment we were introduced to him four and a half years ago. He lied about his Military service, and still hasn't copped to the fact that he didn't really serve any time that counted, and went AWOL from even the cushy service he did get. He lied about being able to lead the country into a great future, which would be impossible for him since he's dumber than a box of hair. He's led the country to shit and four more years of this will pretty effectively flush us.
And he lied to us about what he believes. He has convinced the single-digit IQ nimrods who live in the middle of this country that he believes in the same God they do. That's the only thing they care about. They aren't smart enough to realize that HE is the reason they are without jobs. That HE is the reason they cannot feed their families. Or pay their electric bills or mortgages. He says good things about God on TV so he's okay in their books. Well guess what, Jethro? God's not going to pay your bills, so Dubya can drone on and on all he wants to about how we all need to be good little Christians, but it ain't gonna happen.
And it shouldn't happen. There's supposed to be a seperation of church and state in this country, and there are good reasons for that. We were founded by a group fleeing religious persecution, and now this chowderhead wants to turn our once great nation into exactly what our ancestors were escaping. He's a fucking idiot. Some people think you shouldn't say things like that, but why not? I'm simply pointing out a fact. Water is wet, fire is hot, Dubya is a retard.
But getting back to the whole religion thing, the best part is that these sheep living in the middle of the country don't even realize they're being lied to. George doesn't care about God any more than he cares about these simpletons that he's preaching to. The ONLY thing he cares about is staying in power so he can continue to help his rich friends get even richer at the expense of the rest of us.
I'll make this simple, for the slower students in the class, (of which there seem to be A LOT, according to recent polls.) Bush doesn't care about American values. He doesn't care about the family values he professes. Christ! Just look at his daughters' behavior and his lack of doing anything at all about it. there's Dubya's family values in action. If you are not rich, George W. Bush does not give a shit about you. Other than tricking you into getting him elected, then he'll go back to not giving a shit.
Or, as the case was four years ago, tricking you into NOT electing him, but letting him steal the election anyway. Hmm. Let's see. Originally Gore had won Florida, but then it looked like Gore would also win the election. Then all of a sudden, the Governor of Florida says, "Hey - wait a second! There's a problem here with our results. We need to muddle things for a while until we can make up...uh...I mean recount and see who really won. And in the most unbelievably fucked up undertaking in American political history, (which is REALLY saying something,) Bush walked off with the election thanks to the debacle in Florida. And who exactly is the Governor of Florida? Oh yeah, fucking Jeb Bush. Coincidence? Only if you're a goddamn idiot.
So all these religious zombies in the midwest are looking at Dubya like he's the greatest thing ever, because he talks about God all the time. Y'know, I don't care if Bush is a religious man or not. Religion is a personal thing, not something to be used to win an election. That cheapens the true faith that some people really do have. And that's all that Bush is doing.
A recent poll showed that 68 percent of registered voters think it's important that the President be religious. What that shows is that 68 percent of registered are fucking idiots. The President's faith is milimeteres away from a complete non-issue. Here's something more important. Does he have a plan to create more fucking jobs? Much more important in our leader than how often he prays, and to which version of God.
If we look back at the last debate, John Kerry had a plan to create more jobs. It may not be a perfect plan, and it may not work as well as we want it to, but at least he has a plan. When Bush was asked several times about employment, and what he would do about it, he talked only about education. HE CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THE FUCKING QUESTION!!! All his 'plan' will accomplish is the United States having the best educated unemployed people in the world. Yeah, great job ya fucking pinhead.
There were a lot of questions he didn't answer, which the moderators pointed out more than once. But one of the funniest things was when he was asked about abortion, and his answer was, "Well, I don't know. I just don't know." What's not to know, Dumbo? You have been vociferously opposed to ANY kind of abortion, no matter WHAT the circumstances, for at least the past four and a half years. Now all of a sudden, on live TV, you don't know? And people still want to vote for this vegetable? I ask again, why are there so many stupid people in our country?
In fact, in all the debates, Kerry has been prepared, gave thoughtful answers to the questions, spoke eloquently and passionately, but with intelligence. Bush has rambled on, contradicting himself and his own actions without any plan whatsoever. I have never seen anyone so disorganized and unprepared for something so important, and this is our fucking leader?!? I guess another question I would have is how the Hell do we still have a country left standing at all?
Some Bush supporters look at the way the Supreme Idiot reacted after the events of 9/11 as positive traits they like from their leaders. I have asked what exactly he did, what was so special about how he reacted, but no one has been able to give me a decent answer. I mean, what? Because he publicly condemned the terrorists? Well, duh? Because he went up there and spoke to some family members of people who were lost there? I'm willing to bet ANY president would do that. And I will even give him credit for being honest to the people he talked to there, honest in his sorrow. Although I do believe that there is a good chance he knew something like this was going to happen before it did, and did nothing to stop it as it gave him the perfect opportunity to add his own chapter in the Bush family war against Saddam Hussein.
And that's all this debacle in Iraq is. There never were any WMDs, and Dubya knew it. But Bush Sr. wasn't able to finish the job with Saddam, so Dubya needed to go in there and fuck with him again. Since there was no reason for this, he needed to lie about the WMDs.
In the first Gulf War, we were the good guys. Saddam had done a bad thing, namely invading another nation without provocation, and we and a LOT of other countries went over there to spank him and send him to bed without dinner. We were the good guys. Most of the world saw it that way, with the obvious exception of Iraq, (duh?) and a few other countries in the area ruled by religion. (Yet another reason to reject the moron with the huge ears - a country run by religion can NEVER be free.) We had tons of support for that war, and a lot of help.
This time we did the exact same thing Saddam did then - we invaded a sovereign nation without provocation, and thus WE are now the bad guys. The rest of the world SHOULD be looking at us like we're scum, because that's what Dubya has made us. The retard and his even dumber supporters can drone on and on all he wants about how we have to attack terrorists and the people who harbor them, but the fact is Iraq was just sitting there doing nothing. We went and attacked them based on outright lies from our leaders. And if Tony Blair is supporting Bush in this endeavor, the Tony Blair is a fucking idiot too.
So what else has he accomplished that would earn him a second term? I mean, why a reasoning person would want to vote for him, y'know, just in case the votes DO count and he doesn't fix this election as well. I'm trying, but I can't come up with anything. Anything good that is. He let 9/11 happen and took away more of our freedoms. He supports censorship of things that don't conform to HIS personal beliefs, and who gives a fuck about the rest of the people who don't agree. And if he gets re-elected, (or elected for the first time, as the case would be,) he is going to appoint Supreme Court judges who will be there for LIFE, and we the people will be fucked out of our freedoms for at least that long.
Now so far this has just been an anti-Bush rant, but that's simply because of how incredibly unworthy of his position he is. But Kerry really isn't a whole lot better. John Kerry is a Senator who came out of nowhere, and I'm not really certain WHY the Democrats picked him to run. There had to be better choices available, someone with a more substantial record to back up what he says. I think Kerry is a good person, and I'm sure he would/will be better than the pile of crap we have endured for the past four years. I just don't think he was the best possible candidate.
That being said, a fucking SOCK PUPPET would be a better candidate than Dubya. And I would vote for the sock puppet over Dubya. And Kerry does have some good ideas, although most of them will never be passed because of a Republican congress that will gum things up simply becasue it came from the 'other side', which is about the stupidest thing ever. But that's Republicans for you.
Actually, that's not fair, because the Democrats would do the same exact thing were the positions reversed. The only way this cycle will ever end is if we abolish the two-party system and everyone runs as independents. And along with that, the candidates cannot use their own money to run, and they cannot raise money. All they can do is go out and raise signatures, (which they would have to use their own money for,) and then if they get enough signatures, submit an application to run for President. They would then receive the exact same amount of campaign cash as the other candidates so there would be no unfair financial advantages for anyone. And the candidates will all be given the same amount of free airtime for ads, and will not be able to purchase more. Any candidate found breaking these rules will be automatically disqualified. Then we would start ending up with a better crop of leaders. Leaders who weren't beholden to the simpering idiots in their political party.
Of course, the political system can never be perfect, because there are people involved. And I'm sure that there would be people that would figure out how to circumvent the rules in my proposed system. But it would be better than what we have now.
Anyway, I am sure that everything will be great after Tuesday. Sure, the country will still be fucked up beyond belief, with no sign of it changing for the better despite what the current Commander in Retardedness is telling us. Have fun with this whole election thing, since at this point it's about meaningless. I will be joining you there on Tuesday. I'll be the one voting for the sock puppet.
