This is the western part of Kauldor around the end of the 3rd age. Though it is nearly all desert, the population reamains most uneffected because they live in enormous hive cities. Most of the countries here were thrown into economic ruin at the end of the 3rd age from the great war which encompassed nearly all of the countries in this area.
