The Canned Chicken Chronicles...
Ok here is the deal with the Canned Chicken... Liz brought it back to school with her from home, and we were all perversly enthralled with it. We put it on our coffee table and stared at it and talked about it.

Our impending feast grew and grew... well, maybe just grew.... anyways... we finally decided that January 20, 2002 would be the day we ate our chicken.
Yum Yum... Without giblets, no less!

The incredible power of curiosity is passed on to all those who meet you, my canned friend. So unappreciated you are...no one believes in you...but i do. Everytime i look at you, i am filled with anticipation...of great things to come. Every time i shake you, the juicy sounds i hear make me quiver with an unspeakable joy. Think of the possibilities! But now the curiosity must end... Are we ready? Shall i use the can opener and see what's inside? We shall meet in person, you, me...without the giblets. I could save your delicious broth and cherish the short time that we have together. And if all ends well, we shall become one... Liz Ford 2002

We warmed up the oven... and opened the can...
The stench of cat food started filling the air... We poured the chicken into a pan...
...And almost threw up. So we tried to look from a different angle...
And almost threw up again. This one looked worse. There was only one thing to do... Send it back where it came from.
