1.   Definitions & Help.
BASE EXCITEMENT:
Many people have asked what exactly abse excitement is, so here is my
attempt at explaining it. When you build a feature in the park, it adds
an amount of excitement to the park. The total amount of this kind of
excitement that has been added to the park is the base excitement of
the park. Base excitement is not, however, the excitement that is 
written on the screen. This is because when a feature is added, a 
novelty value of excitement is also added, which wears off fairly 
quickly with time. It is this total amount of excitement plus the
current total novelty amount of excitement that is displayed on the
screen. It's kinda complicated but thats the best I can do.

CONTESTS:
There are (obviously) 3 types of contest, and the benefits that you
get from a contest go up with the size of the contest (ie. the bigger
the better). They cost 1000, 2000 and 3000 and all require certain
amounts of street and vert facilities. The better the contest, the more
facilities are needed.
