Listed below are the steps to making your own backings. This method is basically used with Audacity, but could be tried with other Music Mixers. 1) Upload your favorite song

2) Split right and left channels

3) Invert one of the channels it doesn’t

matter which one

4) Make sure to make each channel mono

5) Then click on project button and select quick mix

6) Import as Mp3
