Winter Photos! |

|
Winter is my favourite season because of the snow, its makes the world seem so peaceful and calm. I love looking out the windows in December and January and seeing a light blanket of white snow that has fallen throughout the night. Too much snow is cool because you get days off of school, but only to shovel yourself out of your house.
When I was younger I loved making snowmen, having snow ball fights and making angels in the snow! I can even remember going to the end of the yard and making snow forts after the snow plows had gone by and left heaps of snow in the ditches for myself, my sister and friends to play in. Snow is wonderful! and besides the cold weather, Winter is really awesome!
The following pictures are of my yard in Winter 2001-2002!!!! I couldn't help but take the photos since we weren't getting a lot of snow and this was just amzing to see! |

Now if you look to your left is the swing set, that Dad and I made. My grandfather had made one for my mom but it was getting old so we made a new one, which is looking really pretty covered in the snow! |

The picture to your right is my driveway from across the street. Yeh as you can tell my yard is huge. One acre or more it is! Its awesome, except for all the mowing and raking my sisters and I have to do. |

So now you can see why I love the winter season. When I walk home from the bus everyday I walk up the driveway and its like walking through a snow world.
