Because he's human! When you see something funny, what do you do? Laugh!! Jimmy thinks something is soo funny that he has to laugh. Sometimes, a sketch sucks, but when he starts laughing, I start laughing. He's contagious, a sketch saver if you will! Also, it has been said that Will Ferrell and Horacio Sanz try to make Jimmy laugh, only because they know they can! There are some assholes out there who say, "That is so annoying, I hate Jimmy Fallon! He sucks" Well, those morons are getting their undies in a bind for something stupid. It's his job and he can do things the way he wants. Jimmy doesn't go over to their jobs "and knock the corndogs out of [their] hands!" (That's from the Jeffrey's with Sean Hayes.
