| Caste/Social System Councilors: These four/five members of the World Government take care of the major decisions. They get voted in for a period of five years.In all the person can only serve two terms on the council.All caste members can become a council member except for the commoners and casteless. Soldiers: This class is open for anyone to join from the Nobility to the commoners.People from this caste also belong to another caste, which ever one they were born to. The people do not become full members until they undergo an extra year of training. Among the soldiers there are three major divisions in themselves.The divisions are as follows... Infantry-(5 major ranks) Any of the troops that don't have an animal or are a scientist belong in this catagory.This includes those who only have a scouting animal (fae or damotri) Ranking from highest to lowest 1. Leader level 1 2. Leader level 2 3. Warrior level 1 4. Warrior level 2 5. Warrior level 3 Dragonriders-(5 major ranks) A recently formed group there are less than hundred people in this division. Their duty is to explore planets throught the sky portals after the Damatori and fae have done a quick review of the planet. 1.Trainer level 1 2.Trainer level 2 3. Rider level 1 4. Rider level 2 5. Rider level 3 Calvary-(5 major ranks) These warriors serve as messengers and are used to relay important messages quickly. They often face more danger than anyone both onworld and off.These people only answer to the authoriy of the council memebers no matter the greenriders individual rank. 1. Trainer level 1 2. Trainer level 2 3. Rider level 1 4. Rider level 2 5. Rider level 3 Nobility: The nobility are the wealthy persons who don't have to work to maintain their wealth. Most often their homes are small castles. They answer to the address of lord or lady.These people are the ones that most often serve on the council. Guilds: The guilds are people whose position requires training outside of basic schooling. The jobs are most often passed through the family. In some cases apprentices are choosen from the common people if more indivduals are needed. Some of the most common guilds are Apothocary, Doctor, Stonemason, Glassmason, Seamstry, Blacksmith, Silversmith, Jeweler, Carpenter, Shipwright, Bard, and Merchantile(controls the marketplace) Merchants: As a class they have the most freedom of any of the people.They buy goods in bulk and transport them across the ocean to other lands. The goods they transport are always of the highest quality,The only person merchants must answer to is Huron, god of the sea. Commoners:The people most likely living outside large cities. Farming for food and raising their own meat, commoner rarely require trading for any goods.They prefer not to have extravagent belongings and make most of their own supplies. The most unusual commoners are the nomads that migrate each season.The commoner that do live in the cities usually work in the homes of nobles and guild members. Casteless: The people without a caste are usually only the criminals or the insane. |
