Going Green with White L.E.D.s

The radio on top is with original incandescent lamps used as backlight. the One at the bottom has been converted to white LED backlight. Just replace each lamp with an LED in series with a 1 k 1/8 watt resistor.

Not too shabby, eh? It even looks better than the original, should last longer and uses less power. Now that is really going Green!
