Tournament Finals
In front of a packed house inside the Caulfield Gym last night, Heaven took out the 8th Monash International Football tournament. The boys in black, who had won 7 games in a row on their way to the final, were 2-0 down with just five minutes to go but hit back with three late goals to sink Melons 3-2. Shimpei, who finished as top scorer with 14 goals, was awarded the Best Player Medal for his efforts over the two weeks. Thanks to all our participants, and a special thanks goes out to all the fans who made so much noise and spurred on the players!
