Preview
From the Richmond Times-Dispatch
March 19, 2003

Pre-season region rank: No. 8
Experience will be in abundance for Mike Gill's Monacan team. The Chiefs have 10 seniors and will be boosted by the return of midfielder Steven Davis, who was out injured last season. Jon Ravell and Gareth Jones, son of Midlothian coach Ted Jones, will head a strong defensive team. One of the Chiefs' big questions will be in goal, where they are turning to junior Alan Stannard.
