After three scoreless innings, the No. 6 Trojans break through with three runs in the 11th.

March 18, 2004 Monacan (8-4, 14-6) has a new head coach, Ben Bradford, and many new faces in the lineup. Eight starters graduated. One familiar figure is second-team All-Metro SS Tim Rohman, who provides the Chiefs with defense and hitting (.500, 3 HR, 15 RBI). Rohman will do some pitching this year as will junior Chris Codemo (4-0, 2.17 ERA). Chris McReynolds (Sr., 1b, .286, 1 HR, 7 RBI) also returns.
