Chapter 2
" I can't believe this!" Said Brian.
" Why did this happen? Why to Kiesha? Asked Nick.
The Howie said, " We have a problem."
" What do you mean?" ASked Kevin.
" I mean, what are we gonna do with Kiesha? We just can't leave her to defend herself, she's only two years old." Said Howie.
The guys didn't know what to do. They went to go and get Kiesha then when they saw her, she was lying next to her mother crying like she knew that her mother was dea. AJ went and got her.
" It's okay baby. Everything will be alright. AJ's here." AJ kept telling her.
Then Brian came up with an idea.
" Hey, why don't we adopt her?"
" Brian, don't you think that it would be kind of hard to do that? I mean were always on the road." Said Howie.
" I know, but we just can't leave her." Brian said.
Then Nick said, " listen Brian. I know you want to help her... But... It's impossible."
" I know you guys think that I can't do this, but trust me, I really think that I can." Brian said.
" Brian that's not it. We know you can" Said AJ.
Thew Brian said, " Then why are you trying to stop me? I really want to do this."
The guys didn't know what to say. They wanted Brian to be happy. But they didn't want him to over due himself. And they knew he would because of all the work of being a performer and a father.
" you are not listening, we really want this for you Brian, but we think that if you just all of a sudden adopt her... It's... It's just a change for you and for the rest of us." Said Kevin.
" I know" SAid brian. " But it's a change that we will have to get used to once I adopt Kiesha."
The guys were all convinced that Brian really wanted this. Then all the guys gave him a hug.
" Alright right man. If this is what you want. Good luck." AJ said.
" Thanks, this si what I want." Brian said.
Then Nick said " Don't you think you that you should talk to Kiesha about this?"
" Yeah, but how do i tell her?" Asked Brian.
The guys didn't know what to tell Brian, because they have never had this happen to them before.
Then Kevin said that he should just go and tell her.
When Brian told Kiesha about what he wanted to do she was happy because she knew that Bian loved her, but she knew that her mother would always lover, even though she wasn't there anymore.
Kiesha gave Brian a big hug. Then asked, " Does this mean I have a daddy?"
" Hope so." Brian said while looking at the guys.
The next few days weren't that easy because Brian couldn't take Kiesha home with him until the adoption was final. So he had to take a few more days off while the guys went back home to have a press conference. They didn't tell anyone because they thought that it should be Brian who tells everyone.
Once the guys got home a day or two later Kevin got a call.
Kevin: Hello?
Brian: Hey, Kev!
Kevin: Brian, how are you?
Brian: I'm doing great. Guess what man, I did it.
Kevin: What do you mean you did it? You mean...
Brian: That's right Kiesha's mine.
Kevin: That's great man! So when are you coming home?
Brian: Well, I'm hoping to be home by tomorrow night. But don't tell the guys that Kiesha's mine or that I'm coming home. I want it to be a surprise.
Kevin: You got it.
Brian: Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
Kevin: Yeah, see you.
Once Kevin got off the phone he started to tidy up to get ready for Kiesha's arrival.
