AJ pulled her up. He looked at her and smiled. At first the kissed was soft and gentle, but as time went on the kiss became more fierce and passionate. AJ wrapped his arms around her waist. They were so into the kiss that they didn't hear the shouts everyone else was giving to cheer them on. Soon the kiss went on 2 minutes longer than it was supposed to. Howie had to practically get in between them to stop them.
But in the middle of Alexia and AJ�s kiss Brian had got up and left with tears trickling down his face. The kiss was too much for him to bear. He just hoped that no one saw him crying.
When Howie finally got them apart and they sat down, Alexia noticed that the seat next to her was empty. She whispered to Tamara, �where�s Brian?� Tamara shook her head, �I don�t know. He just got up and left during your kissy-kiss.� Tamara said with puckering lips. Alexia slapped her friend�s arm and got up as well.
She walked through the hallway and looked into all the rooms. When she came to one room with the door closed she opened it to find Brian sitting on the bed. He was staring at the wall with tears running down his face. But when he noticed that Alexia was walking up to him, he quickly wiped the tears away.
When Alexia sat down next to him on the bed she put her arm around him. And when she leaned her head on his shoulder, a tingle went down his spine. �What�s the matter? Why are you crying?� She asked. �I�m not crying.� He whispered back sadly. �OK, why were you crying then?� She asked again. Brian shook his head. �It�s nothing important.� �Yes, it is if you�re crying about it.� Alexia replied. Brian sighed heavily. Alexia lifted her head off his shoulder and looked at him. �You can tell me. I�ve trusted you with everything that I had. Now it�s your turn to repay the favor.� She said.
"Here goes nothing." Brian thought to himself. "Well, the problem is that I like this girl, but she doesn't like me back." "Why do you think she doesn�t like you back?� Asked Alexia. �She told me that she liked someone else before I got the chance to tell her that I liked her.� Brian explained. �Oh� But you should probably tell her. What if you and her were meant for each other, then she�d see what she�s missing.� Alexia replied.
�Yeah, but what if we aren�t? I don�t want to go ruining our friendship.� Said Brian. �Well, I guess it�s all up to you. But if you feel like you�re going crazy, because you love her. I suggest you then tell her about how you feel.� Alexia said getting up from the bed. �Anyway, we better get back to the party before they think we�ve been kidnapped.� Brian just nodded his head.
When they got back to the living room AJ asked, "can I talk to you for a minute Alexia?" "Sure. Do you want to talk in private?" Alexia asked. " Yeah, how about we talk in the kitchen?" "Ok." Alexia responded. When they got into the kitchen, both AJ and Alexia didn't know what to say. After a while AJ broke the silence. "So, I guess your wondering why I brought you in here...� Alexia nodded her head. �Well, I wanted you to know that I like you too." AJ said looking into her eyes. Then Alexia pulled AJ closer to her and softly kissed him.
