When he found the door that she was behind, he opened it to find Alexia crying, so he went to her and tapped her shoulder. " Why are you crying?" AJ asked. " You wouldn't understand." Said Alexia. " I'll try my best to. Please tell me, it'll make you feel better." Said AJ. Alexia felt that she could tell him anything, so she told AJ everything about her past.
" Don't think that no one likes you, because you think you're ugly! I certainly don't think you're ugly, you're the prettiest girl I've ever seen!" Said AJ. " Then why don't you ever talk to me without someone else there? Or the fact that you always seem so distant when you're near me? I always think it's because you think that I'm so ugly that you can't stand to look at me!" Confessed Alexia. " No! It's just because........ I like you and I get really nervous when I'm around you." Said AJ. Alexia just looked at him doubtfully. " AJ, in all the time that I've been with you guys, I've never thought that you would get nervous around any girl. One that you really liked or not!" Said Alexia. " Well, you're different from other girls, and very important to me!" AJ said. " Why am I important to you?" Alexia asked quietly. " Because you're part of the BSB family, and I just feel this very strong connection between us! It's like I can tell you anything and you wouldn't make fun of me if it was stupid or weird!" Said AJ. Alexia smiled at the fact that she was important to someone, especially to a guy! Also when she heard AJ say his last comment she noticed that she felt the exact same thing toward him before she told him why she was crying.
" So, wipe those tears away and let's go swimming." Said AJ while he was wiping Alexia's tears with his thumbs. " But........." Alexia was saying until AJ interupted her. " No one cares about how you look, only about who you are! So let's get you a bathing suit. Is that ok with you?" Asked AJ. " Yeah." Alexia gave in. Alexia and AJ went outside with Alexia in a one-piece bathing suit that she was borrowing from Nick's sister BJ.
Alexia had to admit that she had a lot of fun swimming with the guys while not worrying about her appearance. When it was around 6:45 they all got dressed and were deciding on which restaurant to have dinner. Kevin and Howie suggested to go to Apple Bee's. But Brian and Nick both suggested to go to Pizza Hut, and AJ said that they should go to McDonalds. " Alright, alright! Since it's Alexia's birthday, let's let her decide where to go." Said Brian. Everyone agreed with Brian and waited for her to answer, but AJ and Nick were secretly hoping that she would pick the place that they wanted to go. " How about Red Lobster, I haven't been there in a while." Offered Alexia. AJ and Nick were disappointed, but they decided that they could go for some seafood for a change. Everyone ran around for a half an hour getting ready to go to Red Lobster.
