      Soon it was time to find the man. They found him in the president�s house trying to kidnap the president and take over. They both ran into the room and scared the man. They had the president tied up in a chair at his desk and with the man pointed the gun at the president�s head.

The man: If you come any closer I�ll blow his head off.
Daniel: Come on, don�t be stupid. Put the gun away and come with me. If you come nicely you�ll probably get off with a nicer sentence.
        As Daniel tried to reason with the man Midnight sneaked behind the man without him noticing and grabbed the gun out of his hands.
The man: Hey!
Midnight: Daniel here!
       Midnight said as she threw the gun to Daniel because the man had pulled out a knife. He lunged at her, but her instincts were to move to the side, so she did. When she moved she immediately got hold of his arm and twisted it. He groaned in pain, but held tight to the knife. He grabbed the knife with his other hand and tried to stab Midnight in the back, but again she managed to get him to miss. Midnight snapped the bone in the man�s wrist that she held. He screamed in agony and let go of the knife. She quickly let him go and reached out for the knife. Once she held it in her hand she stood ready at the man.
He searched the room. When his eyes landed upon an open window he grinned and jumped out before they could stop him. Daniel and Midnight ran to the window and peered out. They could easily see the man run into the bushes that surrounded the house.
Midnight: Crap!
Daniel: We better get out there, fast.
Midnight: First we have to get the president out of his little predicament.
          They untied the president and ran out the door after the man. They quietly walked through the bushes so they wouldn�t be heard. Daniel had the bag that held their equipment. He pulled out two flashlights and gave one to Midnight. They put them on and faced the light as low as they possibly could. There was a snapping of a branch not too far from them.

Midnight: Did you hear that?
Daniel: Yeah. What was it?
Midnight: Someone�s there.
Daniel: How do you know?
Midnight: Usually when a branch snaps that means that either a human is walking or an animal is.
Daniel: What if it�s an animal?
Midnight: We�ll find out when we get there. Hey, isn�t this guy supposed to have a band of twelve guys with him?
Daniel: Yeah. That�s all I heard that he could round up.
Midnight: Then they�re probably hanging around for us.
Daniel: Most likely.
Midnight: Then you better prepare for a heck of a fight that�s soon to come.
