SCD CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES
MIXED NUT FLAT BREAD
- 1 1/2 cup mixed ground nuts
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Grind nuts in food processor.
- Remove nuts.
- Blend all other ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- For pancakes, use 1/4 cup batter and prepare in hot, greased 7-inch skillet.
- For flatbread, grease a jelly roll pan and pour batter into pan. Spread out evenly.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
