SCD CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES



MIXED NUT FLAT BREAD
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed ground nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Grind nuts in food processor.
  • Remove nuts.
  • Blend all other ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  • For pancakes, use 1/4 cup batter and prepare in hot, greased 7-inch skillet.
  • For flatbread, grease a jelly roll pan and pour batter into pan. Spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
