| Source: Jennifer L. 2 cups Flour 1 cup Salt 2 Tablespoons of oil --Mix together in a nonstick saucepan. Then add... 2 cups of boiling water (mixed with) a few drops food coloring, (or a small package of unsweetened koolaid, or a small sugarfree Jello.) Cook over med-high heat until the playdough forms a ball. Knead on a table for a few minutes. After it cools, store in a ziplock bag. (I knead in a opened up paper grocery bag because it is still hot and you can just throw away the mess!) |

| Source: "The Ultimate Smoothie Book", Cherie Calbom 2 cups red grapes, rinsed 1 cup strawberries, rinsed, caps removed Pour grapes and strawberries into a blender; process on high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into six 3-oz ice-pop molds and freeze. Makes 6 servings |

Combine flavors, pour into containers and freeze. -Juice or fruit nectar combinations, such as mango-orange, pineapple-banana or others. Yogurt drinks can also be frozen. -Lemonade with pureed fruit (berries, peaches, cherries). -Pureed watermelon chunks, apple or pineapple juice and lemon juice. -Frozen Pina Colada: 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, 1/2 c cream of coconut. -Citrus Pops: 1 cup OJ, 1/2 c grapefruit juice, 1/4 c lemon juice, 1 c fz strawberries, 1 sliced banana tossed in a bit of lemon juice. -Yogurt Freeze: 2 c plain or vanilla yogurt, 6 oz can frozen OJ concentrate, 2 t vallina extract. |
