ITALIAN STUFFED
BREAD 8 oz Italian sausage Follow package directions to let dough thaw and rise. Cook sausage over medium heat, remove when done. Saute spinach in olive oil, about 10 minutes, adding garlic halfway through. Roll out dough to form a rectangle. Mix ricotta with egg and spread it on the dough. Layer meat, spinach and garlic mixture, and then mozzarella. Roll it up by folding in the sides first, then roll long side over. Brush with small amount of olive oil and bake at 375 for about 35 minutes. Pinch any openings in the dough. Slice and serve with the marinara.
