From Jennifer S. 6 oz. package of grilled chicken breast 1 head romaine lettuce 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Light Ranch dressing 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese Cut lettuce up into bite size chunks. Put in a bowl and add the chicken, dressing and cheese. Mix until well coated with dressing. Use alone as a salad. It is really yummy with sunflower kernals on top. Use mixture on a tortilla shell for an easy wrap sandwich. |
