From Pampered Chef 1 cup fresh broccoli florets - chopped about 6 oz 2 Tbs chopped onion 2 Tbs chopped red bell pepper 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 garlic clove pressed 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise a dash of black pepper Preheat oven to 375'. Chop broccoli, onion, and bell pepper and place in mixing bowl. Add 2 Tbs of parmesan cheese, pressed garlic and the rest of the ingredients into the vegetable mixture, mix well. Spoon into small baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top and surround with pita chips for serving |
