From Alice J. 2 Tbs margarine 1 medium onion - finely chopped 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 1 1/2 cup reduced fat Bisquick 2 cups reduced fat sharp cheddar, divided 1/2 cup skim milk 1 egg substitute 1 cup finely chopped ham Heat oven to 425'. Lightly grease muffin pan with Pam. Melt butter in skillet and saute onion & rosemary 5 min. Combining baking mix and cheese in large bowl, make a well in center. Mix egg and milk - pour into well. Stir in onion, rosemary, and ham. Spoon into 12 muffin tins. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 18-20 minutes. Let stand 5 min. before removing from pan. |
