This includes homes to the East of the Perkiomen Creek. 

Upper Northern Border:  Perkiomen Creek at Spring Mountain Road.  Follow Spring Mountain Road to Lederach Road to CampWawa Road toward the east to Route 113.  Follow Rt 113 to Kinsey Road to Kreibel Road to Bustard Road. 

Eastern Border down Bustard Road over Skippack Pike (Rt 73) down Green Hill toward N. Grange and ending at Germantown Pike. 

Southern Border: Germantown Pike toward Collegeville ending at  River Road and the Perkiomen Crrek (East of Route 29/Gravel Pike).

Western Border:  The Perkiomen Creek
